Plumbworks Services collects the information needed to respond to plumbing requests, coordinate technicians and keep a record of job progress.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, WhatsApp number, service category, description, area, address, location link, preferred timing and optional photos or short videos you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use booking information to confirm availability, create job records, communicate by phone or WhatsApp, prepare quotations and support completed work.

WhatsApp and phone updates

When you submit a request, you consent to receive service-related WhatsApp or phone updates about technician assignment, arrival, quotation approval, payment follow-up, warranty support and review requests.

Tracking links

Each request receives a private tracking link containing a random token. Anyone with the link can view customer-safe job status information, so you should avoid posting it publicly.

Media uploads

Customer-uploaded photos and videos are stored in private storage and used only to assess and manage the service request. They are not published as Plumbworks job photos without separate permission.

Analytics

We may collect basic website analytics and conversion events such as call clicks, WhatsApp clicks, booking steps and booking submissions to understand which pages and campaigns lead to service requests.
